Rates per full week. We use the same rental rate for all campervans. (updated 05-01-2023)

* Discounts:
Spring and Autumn: when renting during two consecutive weeks or more, a discount of € 100 per booking applies.

Included:
Mentioned rental rates are per week and fully inclusive. This means that the rates include all insurance and taxes, the use of all linen (duvets, pillows, duvet covers, towels, kitchen linen). Also included is the thorough final cleaning of the interior, exterior and toilet, garden furniture, navigator, the consumption of one full gas bottle, liquid for toilet etc.
Finally, the above rates also include the costs (€ 150 per rental period) for transport from the airport in the south or west from Ireland (excluding Dublin) to our location for a maximum of 4 people. With more people, a small surcharge will be applied.

Kilometers:
Unlimited kilometers for a rental period of at least 1 whole week.

Insurance:
The campervan is fully insured against liability + casco (fully comprehensive). An insurance excess of € 1,000 per event applies.
The minimum age of the driver is 27 years and must be in possession of a valid driver's license for 5 years.

Security Deposit:
We require a security deposit of € 1,000. This covers any insurance excess that may be payable, failure to return on time, collision damage or driving damage, loss or defect on inventory, fines, cleaning the chemical toilet and / or any final cleaning. This security deposit will be refunded to the account of the hirer within 14 days provided all rental conditions are met. The security deposit must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to departure, together with the last sum of the rent or in cash at our location after arrival and before departure with the campervan.

Lease term:
The rental period starts and ends on the dates agreed in writing. In high season there's a minimum hire of two weeks. Shorter term rentals can be requested and are subject to availability. A minimum hire of five days is possible during low season.

Maintenance / final cleaning:
The campervan is delivered by EireXpress with a full fuel tank, full clean water tank, empty waste water tank, empty cassette toilet, full gas bottles and completely cleaned on the inside as well as the outside. At the end of the rental period, the interior must be clean, the clean-water tank and waste-water tank empty and the cassette toilet empty and cleaned and returned with a full fuel tank. Any costs in the event of non-compliance, such as not refilling the fuel tank, will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning on the outside is done by EireXpress, so washing is not necessary! The campervan will be delivered clean and tidy by us in a well-maintained manner, so we assume that the campervan is returned in the same condition as collected.

Smoking:
It is not permitted to smoke in the campervan or in the driver's cabin. If, after returning the campervan, we discover that smoking has nevertheless taken place, we will charge a fee of € 250.

Payment:
When making a final reservation, an agreed percentage of the total rental price is requested as a down-payment. The remainder including security deposit must be paid by bank no later than two weeks prior to departure. In case of last-minute bookings, the total rental price (including security deposit) must be paid at once. In consultation, the remainder of the rental price can also be paid in cash immediately after arrival at our location and before departure with the campervan (pin transaction not possible).
